When on a contact record on the 'calls' tab I think it'd be great if we could filter for different call outcomes. For example, if we could just see all the connected calls straight away rather than having to scroll down through loads of 'no answers' to find out what happened when we last spoke. This would save a lot of time particularly on pesky prospects who never pick up the phone!
