Filter audience and send posts for LinkedIn via HubSpot

LinkedIn is now able to posting for targeted audience, however, in HubSpot, we cannot use filter to target specific audience. Neither does Twitter. For FB, I see that we can filter "public audience"

So could we also have similar filter function for both LinkedIn and Twitter?
