Filter Transactional Email Type from Activity Timeline on Records

We currently have the ability to filter one-to-one emails (manually sent email interactions) and marketing emails from a records timeline. It seems transactional emails are lumped in with one-to-one emails. As a result, it is difficult for our reps to quickly find the last email interaction they had with a contact. Manual interactions are buried among hundreds of transactional emails our system has sent. 

 

A filter to remove transactional emails specifically only would be helpful.

We use transactional emails to communicate basic information to customers upon their initial inquiry, sometimes requesting additional information or letting them know what to expect next in resolving their concern.  There are a couple of features around Transactional emails that would be helpful:

 

1- When a Transactional email is initiated by a ticket based workflow, that it is automatically associated with that ticket.

2-Oposite to what the above post shared, we have seen that Transactional emails are lumped in with Marketing emails.  As a Customer Service team, we don't care to see the all of the marketing emails when reviewing activity on a customer, but DO need to see when an order related response (Transactional email) has been sent.  When we look at the Emails tab, we have been able to see all one-to-one emails.

Echoing what @LPowers posted above. It would be great if transactional emails could be filtered seperately!

This is really a requirement as we will be sending tens of thousands of emails each day to customers with status reports through the transactional emails.  We really need a way to filter this out of the activity feed.

Bumping this up. It would be great to have a separate filter in the contacts' activity feed for transactional emails and not have them be lumped into the Marketing emails filter.

Recently purchased the Transactional email add on for our portal and this is a big disappointment. We can only see transactional emails when we select Marketing emails which shows ALL automated emails. There are a number of reasons we would want to see ONLY marketing emails vs ONLY transactional emails. Two different types of comms and engagement considerations on a contact timeline.

There are times when it's beneficial to see both but not having the control to declare what to show is a big miss. This is only one of a number of disappointing experiences we have ran into with this transactional email add on. Certainly not showing it's value in the current state.
