Our sales company represents over 15 different products/manufacturers, therefore requiring us to track deals in 15+ pipelines. When working our task/follow-up list, we normally focus on one product/pipeline at a time.
The problem:There is not currently a way to filter the task list based on pipeline, making it difficult to get a snap-shot of the "To-Dos" for the product for any particular day.
The current workaround: I tried creating a custom report, but Hubspot does not support filtering/sorting custom reports. Instead, you can only filter the report colums when you are building the report which makes for a clunky workaround. Instead, we are adding prefixes to the names of each task corresponding to that tasks particular product/pipeline. We then filter the task report by Due Date and sort each task name alphabetically. This gives you a view of tasks associated with each "Pipeline" based on the prefix of the task.
The development/Enhancement Request: Allow users to filter their task list based on pipeline! If there was an option to filter by pipeline within the "more filters" drop-down, it would improve our productivity and task management processes ten fold!! We do have the ability to add a column that displays pipeline, but it is a non-sortable column.

We use assignments, queues, and standard naming conventions to organize tasks, however, manually created tasks don't always follow these best practices.
Viewing all tasks associated to records on a specific pipeline would allow teams to better prioritize and batch their task activities.
