Filter List View by Date Contact was enrolled in Specific Workflow

I create a list of contacts who are auto-enrolled into a specific workflow. What I then want to do is be able to quickly identify which of those contacts were enrolled today or on a specific date.

I am also looking to be able to create a list based on Workflow enrollment date.
