I think it would be extremely helpful if we could filter our lead response time report with a time range that reflects our business hours. We understand our team has a life apart from work and do not expect them to respond to leads immediately when its outside of our business hours. If we could filter this report to reflect a daily time range (8:30am - 5pm, M-F), this will help give us a more accurate average response time, reflective of when they should be answering leads.
100% agree, being able to filter the report to only include the account's business hours will help provide a more accurate reflection of the response time
I've seen this feature request many times over many years. Is this really something HubSpot can't or simply won't provide? We are an Enterprise customer and this feature would be useful among others. Thanks.
Is this something Hubspot is working on? I agree, it would be beneficial to have the "time" option. Especially when trying to determine the respnse time during working hours.
