Filter Deal Pipeline with "or" option

I would like the ability to choose and or when applying multiple filters to a deal pipeline.

Many of our clients have multiple user-based deal properties and want to see if any given user is associated with Property #1 -or- Property #2 -or- Property #3. 

The current functionality only allows for "and" logic. 

For example, if a company has a Deal Owner, Primary Rep, and Secondary Rep associated with a deal record, then there is no easy way for a user to see all deals in which they are the Deal Owner -or- Primary Rep -or- Secondary Rep associated with a deal. Users want to see what deals they are associated with no matter their associated role with the deal.
