Filter Contacts based on form submission not possbile without edit authorizations

Hello together

We have recognized, that users which have no authorization for creating and edit forms, can not filter contacts for form submission.

For us makes no sense, to give all users the authorziation for edit/create forms, just to filter contacts.

This was working before.

Could you maybe share some screenshots of what the users are doing and seeing?

Personally I am not aware that not having create/edit rights, removes the form submission filter in views or lists.

Hey @MTXiting - well colour me surprised! Have you flagged this with Support or your CSM?

Definitely weird if that is intenden behaviour, and I agree with you - it does not make any sense!

Do those users have "view" list permissions?

That is the only setting I can think of which could prevent users from seeing and selecting lists.

Thanks for your feedback. I have checked it, they have the permission for the lists, for VIEW.

They don't have access for the Forms. The support tell me, that's the only solution to give them the authorization for maintaing forms, to filter contacts by form submission, which makes no sense. We use lots of forms, and Sales persons shouldn't have this authorziations.
