I'd like to be able to filter my call activities by call outcome because it's time consuming to scroll through call activities looking for the last actual conversation I had with a prospect. This is especially awkward if the contact is already on the line and I'm trying to find the last conversation we had to remind them of what we discussed. If I could just quickly apply a filter to see all connects, or the last time I left a voicemail, that would be really helpful.

Please let us filter companies and contacts by call outcome, so that I am not calling the same retired/not-interested individuals over and over. Please excuse my terse tone, but I am coming from Outreach, who has their systems down pat.
