We have recently added the file upload option to a Lead Capture form, but this is buried in the contact properties and is not exactly user friendly to access, especially on mobile.
Is it possible to have this file automatically show as an attachment to the Contact Record?
Not tying the property for the form to the Attachment section makes it utterly useless to gather file uploads through a form. Especially when those documents are part of the driving force behind business action items betwee departments. Couple this with the limit view that you have to end up setting different departments up, make the whole thing a mess that I would have rather avoided ever coming to Hubspot. There are plenty of other CMS out there that do this well, so I am not sure why Hubspot can't seem to put a solution in place.
I am very surprised this isn't already a thing - file uploads just being a link is a complete pain because you have to download them and then reattach them which is painful! The forms would be absolutely perfect if this was a thing - so annoying that this drags forms down! Please please please do this!
Please, this needs to be possible. File "living" in a (custom) file Property are tucked away. They need to visible with all other relevant files that live in the Attachments.
It would also be great if files available on HubSpot could be attached to objects. What is the point in them being available on HubSpot if I can't then attached them to a client or company?! Another thing that should be second nature/common sense that HubSpot does not allow!
