We have recently added the file upload option to a Lead Capture form, but this is buried in the contact properties and is not exactly user friendly to access, especially on mobile.
Is it possible to have this file automatically show as an attachment to the Contact Record?
We have an enterprise account and are building our customer portal and support ticket flow, and the current implemtation of file attachments from forms is inadequate.
It's good to know a 3rd party solution is available to associate file attachments from native forms, but I'd prefer not to find out how my boss would respond to a proposal to spend $30/mo on top of enterprise...
like many others this would be a feature that would expand what hubspot can do for users. without this people will look elsewhere to other CRM/ATS systems. hope this gets updating soon! I see its been a few years.
I have a idea to use hubspot forms as a referral source from partners. We need equipment data and want to have them upload pictures of the equipment and of the equipment nameplates. When this happens, we would want to be able to see a contact record and the pictures they uploaded.
This is highly needed for my company. We request Quote information and having it show as an attachment in the contact record would be way more helpful then how it is set up now.
I work for a HubSpot Diamond Partner. We have developed an app for the marketplace that helps identify objects with attached files and provides a live count of the associated attachments, continuously updated in real-time.
We are seeking beta testers who can try our app at no cost, provide valuable feedback, and assist us in enhancing the product's overall usability.
Without the ability for standard users to access the uploaded files, it makes this functionality redundant. Please fix this so we can utilise this correctly!
