Featured to include personalization tokens in tasks created by workflows
The CRM task and deal creation as part of the marketing workflows is a huge help! But I would love to be able to include personalization tokens as part of the body of the task. Sales people don't have time to dig through mounds of properties to find information. Being able to include just a few tidbits of info in the task would be a HUGE time saver for everyone involved.
Currently I am having tasks created through web-hooks, but being able to do this natively would make the workflow task creation feature 1000 times more useful.
Hi I would like to have a personalised token to be added into a task in Sequence.
Then I can set a trigger. (e.g. adding a token of "Contract Sigend Date" which can be a trigger date to send a follow up email after 3 months). Thanks
