I REALLY NEED THIS!! Our team has to create alias contact to be able to use generic quotes since we send the same quote to most clients.... it's crazy they don't allow this!
We also need this feature. It just doesn't make sense that when you create a new quote, you can assign it to any existing deal but when you clone a quote, that option disappears. Please!
If the new quote in a new deal is still connected to zhe same company/customer cloning a quote shouldn't be a big problem because adresses and related people may not change.
If you want to reuse a quote in a new deal with a new constumer/company it could be handy to just be able to clone the deal with all the articels.
In the meantime, would it be so great to retrospectively assign an existing quote to another deal or copy a quote into another deal?
It's so time consuming to always have to create a completely new quote, when you could create an almost similar quote by copying an existing quote into a new deal. This is completely missing from Hubspot so far, or is it actually a no-go. Please create this important function as soon as possible. It would save a lot of time.
I have to agree with EFuhrmann's comment. This missing function, which should actually be a matter of course, annoys me every time. I often have to create several quotes for customers and start from the beginning again and again. It takes a lot of time and is simply annoying. Please add this function of copying or transferring for further processing of a new quotation as soon as possible. Thank you very much!

Is there an update on this? It seems people have been asking for this feature for over 4 years, it's clealry needed!
This would save so much time for contract renewals, as I need to currenlty create a new deal for every contract, but create a new quote from scratch that is identical to the old one.
I can't see ANY advantage in cloning a quote if you can't assign it to a new deal...it feels like a half-built and pointless feature.
@JolienS@BTaylor85 This is solved!! I don't know since when but just found out! Go to QUOTES. preview the one you want to clone. it opens a right side panel to preview. Click action. CLONE. *** this will clone the quote on the same deal but wait...
Then in the same index page. click the new quote PREVIEW. then scroll down to the associations and change them.
