It would be a helpful feature or perhaps a great integration to have an "auto-translating" feature that allows you to auto translate emails

Great suggestion! Autotranslate option for both chats and emails would be extremely useful and help us to cut down the response time

Strongly support this!
This is a must-have for global support teams. I’m currently managing tickets across multiple countries and having to manually translate them one by one is a massive time-sink. I recently migrated from Front, where this functionality was seamless. Bringing this to HubSpot would improve our team's efficiency👍
