Feature request: Ticket conditional fields based on selected Pipeline

As an organization with multiple lines of support and customer interaction, we definitely need a way to view and require certain ticket entry fields based on the selected Pipeline as we work with customers. 


The way it works now requires all possible ticket fields be available and none can be required because they are not required for all pipelines.

We moved our ticket system from FreshDesk which did have conditional fields for new tickets.

Same problem for us. I need special fields for a new ticket, but based on the different pipelines. Please update!
