Feature Request: Customization of the Task Contextual Sidebar (Contact View)

As a HubSpot Enterprise user, I’d like to request the ability to fully customize the contextual sidebar that appears when selecting a task from Sales , Summary , Your Tasks , All Tasks, specifically the contact view displayed within that sidebar.

Currently, the customizations made through Object , Record Customization , Preview Sidebar for contacts do not apply to this contextual sidebar, which limits our ability to tailor the interface to our internal processes.

It would be extremely helpful to have the option to:

a. Hide or show specific sections or objects

b. Reorder modules based on priority or relevance

c. Apply conditional logic or templates, similar to record customization in object views

This would streamline our task workflows, reduce cognitive load for sales reps, and ensure that the most relevant information is surfaced in the right context.

Please consider adding this functionality in a future update, it would make a meaningful difference for teams working heavily with tasks and contact records in tandem.

Also struggling with this exact problem when working with Tasks in Sales Workspace.
Our sales reps complain that they see here cards that they normally don't see in other Hubspot parts.

Also would appreciate being able to edit the task sidebar to include information on the contact such as adding a LinkedIn Sales Nav card.
