Feature Request- Allow Multiple Breeze Customer Agents per HubSpot Account

Idea:

Currently, HubSpot limits users to a single instance of the Breeze Customer Agent per account. This restriction presents a significant challenge for organizations that manage multiple brands, regions, or product lines under one HubSpot portal.

Why this matters:

For companies operating across different customer segments, each with unique knowledge bases, tone of voice, and product support requirements, having just one Customer Agent limits our ability to deliver relevant and personalized experiences. For example, a global company might want to configure separate agents for:

  • Brand A (e.g., performance automotive)

  • Brand B (e.g., electric vehicle components)

  • Region-specific support (e.g., US vs EU compliance and warranty details)

Proposed Solution:

Enable HubSpot users to create and manage multiple Breeze Customer Agents within a single HubSpot account. Each agent should be able to:

  • Connect to different knowledge bases or filtered knowledge scopes

  • Respond with brand-specific language or tone

  • Be assigned to distinct inboxes, pipelines, or workflows

Business Value:

This enhancement would allow businesses to scale Breeze AI capabilities while maintaining accuracy and relevance in support automation. It would improve operational efficiency, reduce ticket volume, and enhance customer satisfaction through tailored AI interactions.
