It would be good just having a simple favourite tickbox on a record either company or contact that loads in at the top always would be a great feature so you dont have to always type in 3 letters. Or having a way to prioritise like e.g have a prioroty ranking A = client B = hot prospect C = warm prospect .. then the rest of the list just prospects. Every time you load companies the list would start on the A's then B's etc and you just scroll down to click on the ones you visit most.
