It is essential for the company's branding to have this possibility of customization to instill confidence in our customers who are going to use the faq.
We have already managed to use it on website pages and landing pages, it makes sense to be able to use it on the faq and on the customer portal as well.
I'm really surprised this isn't something already available - any company website should have a favicon. Otherwise it just looks like the site is broken and sets a bad image for your customers.
@PAlessiKrarup Thank you for the tip to add the script, it worked for us! (although not the preferred way of getting this task done, so hopefully this can be built in by Hubspot!) Question - do you know if it's possible to add a favicon manually to the home page of the knowledge base too? (not just the articles?) Thanks in advance 🙂
A Favicon is imperative for unified branding and visbility, let alone just for overall professionalism. Please add the ability for custom Favicons on the Knoweldge Base!
Like other folks I am very disappointed that this option is not available since it is very important for the branding and if we want to publish content with the knowledge base tool we are providing.
