Fast-Assign ticket to myself

As a quality of life improvement when using the Service Hub it would useful to quickly assign tickets to me.

 

Right now you can either open the ticket, select the ticket owner and search through all HubSpot user accounts to find yours, or move the ticket to a different status where a ticket owner is mandatory and search your account manually there.

 

Ticketing systems, i. e. Zendesk, have an "assign to me"-button in the owner selection. This speeds up the process of self-assigning tickets.

An automatic ticket assignment could also be a solution. When you move the ticket to a status where a ticket owner is mandatory and it will be automatically assigned to your account.

 

This is sort of implemented in the Conversation Inboxes where your user account is suggested first when selecting a conversation owner. It can be improved further (like mentioned above) but bringing this to the Service Hub would be great.
