Facebook Messenger multiple languages

I am a Customer Support Specialist and I am currently in the midst of moving all of our activities to HubSpot.

 

While configuring Facebook Messenger integration I encountered a roadblock. We currently operate in two languages, Polish an English. The integration forces the use of an instant reply which can only be set in one language. This unfortunately makes the integration unusable.

 

I am aware that it is possible to configure HubSpot chats so they take into consideration the clients location but we need to use Facebook Messenger as well and we need our customers to be serviced in their respective language.

 

Our temporary workaround would be probably setting the message in both languages but it is not ideal. 

 

Please consider adding multiple languages function to the Facebook Messenger integration.
