Facebook Groups

We should be able to schedule and manage posts for Facebook groups. I love that HS does LinkedIn groups which are hugely effective for us but we need Facebook groups too.

Facebook doesn't allow us (or any 3rd party website) to access the list of a user’s groups, or post to private or closed groups. Are the groups that you're trying to post to on Facebook Private or Public? Our impression has been that there's little value in just exposing posting to public groups, but we'd love to hear from users if that is not the case!

I couldn't agree more! Being able to schedule and manage posts for Facebook groups within HubSpot would be an incredibly valuable feature. While it's fantastic that HubSpot already supports LinkedIn groups, we shouldn't overlook the significant potential of Facebook groups for our marketing efforts.

As the existing comments highlight, other platforms like Buffer and Hootsuite already offer this functionality. Many marketers are leveraging Facebook groups to engage with their target audiences, run programs, and generate leads. Having the ability to schedule and manage posts in these groups directly from HubSpot, especially for those of us with moderator or admin status, would streamline our social media management and save us precious time.

We also need this feature as our main marketing channels are Facebook groups. There are many other social media posting tools that allow posting to Facebook groups, Meet Edgar is just one of them I've used before. This feature is essential for our business.

Hello all,

I think it's a huge opportunity for HubSpot to offer posting to FB groups.  There is huge contact with our potential leads and customer base.  It would also increase our efficiency in posts and being able to plan and schedule them.  If there's any way for HubSpot to revisit this suggestion, my team would hugely appreciate it.

Thank you!

Marcie
