Please PLEASE add the following functionality:

1. Ability to see who created the form
2. Ability to see who updated it last
3. Ability to view forms in folder view only. Creating folders doesn't really help if you still see all your forms when you log in OR, if you can't tell by looking at the list what folder you have saved it in.

We definitely need to be able to see who created and updated the form! The fact we can't makes troubleshooting more difficult.
