FORMS - Enable single view and record of forms submitted at contact level and company level
PROBLEM
1. Forms completed (@ contact level) - when contacts fill out forms, it requires users to try find the form that contact filled out, among long list of activities for that contact. This is time consuming and cumbersom.
2. Forms completed (@ company level) - if a contact is associated with a company, it would be very useful to see a summary of all forms associated with the company level and contacts working with that company. Especially if multiple contacts associated with same company are filling out forms. We want one single view of all forms completed.
SalesForce CRM and other leading CRM's offer this functionality.
FEATURE REQUEST
The summary option to search and find forms for contact / company level is limited so would be good to add an easy option for filtering and finding forms associated with:
I have just been pondering the same issue, and wondered about having it as a sidebar option (preferably right side bar for me!), as we do with Tickets, Attachments, Custom Objects - can we have Forms?
