I believe it would be helpful in line items and products to display the ID of each item for easier use of API, to target the same product even if a name is edited and to operate more like other objects in the system which display that data.
This would also be helpful when you aren't lucky enough to have fancy integrations and APIs and you just need to import a list of products to keep it updated but you don't want to create a bunch of duplicates.
