We'd like to analyze the content in our conversations. In other words, we'd like to see what types of questions people are asking so we can inform future content and customer service.
HubSpot support confirms that this is not available yet.
Upvoting this on behalf of a customer. It would be useful to be able to export chat transcripts not just for individual chat conversations, but in bulk. This would allows customers to analyse how their customer support experience can be improved for instance based on how their support agents responded, or based off these visitors' open-ended responses.
Agreed - and if transcripts would make it a lot more complex, I think exporting just the chat details (chat times, assignee, resolution time, categories) would still be very helpful!
Yes, this is a must-have feature. We should be able to export a particular conversation including all the emails in the thread for a ticket in Inbox. That is very helpful when you need to share the whole picture of a ticket/conversation internally with someone who is not on HubSpot + for future reference too.
Having this feature would help us better assist our clients especially when comminication becomes interrupted by loss of an employee. We need to know what was previously discussed/promised.
Yes please, this seems like a no brainer and a feature found in almost every other Live Chat tool. We need to be able to export conversations into a simple .csv or .xlsx format to analyse how visitors engage with live chat.
