Yes! Please consider adding this.
We'd like to analyze the content in our conversations. In other words, we'd like to see what types of questions people are asking so we can inform future content and customer service.
HubSpot support confirms that this is not available yet.
Upvoting this on behalf of a customer. It would be useful to be able to export chat transcripts not just for individual chat conversations, but in bulk. This would allows customers to analyse how their customer support experience can be improved for instance based on how their support agents responded, or based off these visitors' open-ended responses.
Upvoted! Really want to be able to analyze and report on chat flows without looking through each individual chat.
Agreed - and if transcripts would make it a lot more complex, I think exporting just the chat details (chat times, assignee, resolution time, categories) would still be very helpful!
Yes, this is a must-have feature. We should be able to export a particular conversation including all the emails in the thread for a ticket in Inbox. That is very helpful when you need to share the whole picture of a ticket/conversation internally with someone who is not on HubSpot + for future reference too.
This is an amazing idea and edfinitely something we want.
When things go wrong and someone complains, it's nice to have an easy way to create a report of all converastions and interactions.
this is a really important feature, especially if you are a company that has many clients with a lot of chat traffic.
We need to see this so we can create bots based off the enquiries people are typically sending through.
We need to be able to pull a list of emails submitted via live chat to follow up and track their journey.
Having this feature would help us better assist our clients especially when comminication becomes interrupted by loss of an employee. We need to know what was previously discussed/promised.
