I'm trying to export the contacts who bounced from a particular email campaign. When I use the feature within the email itself, it only gives me the email address and not the contact names or company names. If instead I create a new list based on the bounces, I can determine what columns to include, but I am no longer able to see the reason that the email bounced. This seems pretty silly...I should be able to get all that information in one spreadsheet.
HS should provide the name, company, email, and bounce reason when exporting the bounced emails. I need the full list of titles to re-share with the vendor so they can give me credit back and also avoid the manual work of building the list.
