It will be nice if there's an option to export KB articles 🙂 As we do have the option to do so in website pages, landing pages and blogs.

Yes! To export as a PDF would be incredible.

Pushing this again. CSV export of an article index is not what users requested as far as I understood, so I am slightly surprised this was presented as the solution. What I've read in many comments is the abilty to export single articles as a PDF. I'm support. Use ing this, we definitely need that, too.

 

Use cases:

 

  1. Some clients have external links blocked in their organisation.
  2. Some clients just feel more comfortable having a PDF they can save and send around instead of using a purely web-based KB.

Can this be "unmarked" as delivered? As most here wish for a PDF export of the full articles, not a CSV export of a list of the articles.

Really hope, this gets more traction, it's a super critical feature for us and it's frustrating that nothing has been done about this after years of asking for it.
