I would like to be able to restrict, on a portal level, how records are exported.
I am aware we can restrict the view of some users, but if the user has access to the contact (as they need to) and need to export data related to the contact, but not PII, could we choose what they can export?
For example - user A has access to a specific contact (as they are a lead in a region they look after) and I need them to be able to export data for marketing analysis, but NOT personal information (name, email address, phone), without them having to de-select and even so, name and company name are always part of the export - I am aware this i changing, so it is great, but still relies on the person de-selecting the information.
It would be great to be able to grant export right to users in a more restricted way, as teams benefiting from analytics data don't necessarily need (or have clearance) to manipulate PII.
It'll be great to also restrict exports based on certain contact property values. For example, restrict exports for only contacts that the user owns. The current feature of changing the contacts edit permissions only apply to import and not export.
