When a sequence ends, I would like to group together & export the contacts by their "status" so I can have data around who responded and who didn't. There needs to be a filter in "Contacts" that includes the status of a sequence (Enrolled, no response yet, Errors etc.). Extremely necessary when dealing with hundreds of contacts.
This would be beyond helpful! I have tried creating lists from 'opens' in a sequence and right now everything (data, each individual contact) has to be pulled seperately. It's super time consuming. Especially if the sequence was sent out to a list with thousands of contacts.
We are desperate for this, it would be a game changer for us. The work involved in teasing out those folk who have opened but not responded, is ridiculous. Please make this feature ASAP HubSpot.
Yes! Please work on this - having to create a new sequence and then find the old list of contacts and then re-enroll them into a new sequence is really frustrating.
The following improvements would be amazing! - add a further step into an existed completed sequence and then restart the sequence from the new steps
- copy the contacts enrolled in one sequence over to a new sequence
@RBragg - Thanks have you been able to build any useful customised reports that provide a dataset of contacts who have completed an action within a sequence though. From what I can tell this is useful for overall performance reporting of sequences, but not so much for being able to create actionable lists?
@RBragg Thanks but I still cannot work out how to achieve the exact ask - how do we create a list of contacts based on their activity within a sequence? I want to separate sequence enrollments into three lists based on how the behaved - opened, clicked, and no response. How do we do that?
@RBragg It would also be useful to create a list of contacts that have ever been enrolled in a sequence and be able to filter that list by last response date - is that possible?
We've recently added some sequences List filters to allow you to pull together a list of contacts that finished a sequence without replying.
We now support filters for the specific sequence a contact was enrolled in and enrollment status, which can be combined with filters such as 'latest reply' and 'latest meeting booked date' to target the right list of contacts. You can read more about determining your list criteria here.
This would be helpful! Either being able to add to a static list directly from the sequence or allowing you to filter contacts in a list by name of sequence once enrolled in and the result.
