When a sequence ends, I would like to group together & export the contacts by their "status" so I can have data around who responded and who didn't. There needs to be a filter in "Contacts" that includes the status of a sequence (Enrolled, no response yet, Errors etc.). Extremely necessary when dealing with hundreds of contacts.
@sethnenstiel This is a great suggestion! Having a list that details how active or inactive a contact was in a sequence would be beneficial to both the sales and marketing teams in understanding lead types and interests. This information could assist the sales team in making more informed calls and the marketing team in creating more effective sequences
Yes definitely useful, especially when trying to leverage Hubspot for sales! Also, I have seen that contacts uneroll from sequences only when they receive an email response - shouldn't they also unenroll when a call is connected (given that call touchpoints can be included in the sequence)?
I'm completely amazed by the fact that this is a requested feature since 2019 and yet there's still nothing. It's a pretty standard feature for re-activating leads and should be built out.
It'd be great if HubSpot uses the money from keynote speakers with zero HubSpot experience at INBOUND and placed it into desperately needed R&D projects that are backlogged since 2016 and onward.
The fact that this isn't an option is utterly amazing. The inability to move people around in cadences or to a new one is baffling. If I could move back to Salesloft I would in a heartbeat.
This would help a lot! Additionally, it would also be great to be able to create a list of contacts that replied, opened, booked a meeting from the individual Sequence's page. Basically where we can click the xx% people opened to view the contacts, there should be an option "add to list" or something, across all of opened, clicked, replied etc.
I would like to have a filter kind of "No reply Sequences email" when trigger/ setting workflow to easily point out those contacts and set some following actions. Please take into account.
