It would be great to export the data that you see in the history tab of the workflows, including dates of contact enrollment, meets the goal, finishes the workflow, who has errors, etc.
I’m Sierra, the new Product Manager for this feature area at HubSpot.
I can see this idea has been open for quite a while and has gathered a ton of great feedback, so thank you for sharing your thoughts and use cases!
I know that many of you are looking for better ways to export workflow history data. Today, you can export workflow history to a Segment (formerly called a List) and then export that Segment (List) to a CSV file.
Does this approach meet your needs, or are there specific types of data or use cases it doesn’t solve for?
I’m also collecting a bit more information to help us better understand how you’re using (or trying to use) this data — especially if you’re moving it into other HubSpot tools or external systems. If you’re open to sharing, please take a minute to fill out this quick form (just a few questions!).
The current error reporting for workflows is ridiculous! It is so labor intensive to do anything with. They do have a tab for workflows that have errors within the last week, but otherwise you have to click through your workflows one by one, go to the Details > Action Logs and filter by errors. Even there you can't see how many errors there are, it is just a list with x-number of errors and a "load more" button. Want to download them like you can for list import errors? Nope! Want to clear the errors you've fixed so that it no longer shows as an active error? Nope!
This would be incredibly helpful, and I imagine would take some load of HS Support by making it easier for users to investigate workflow issues independently
This is an absolute need! I can't believe it's been 3 years since this idea was submitted with so many upvotes and it hasn't changed to at least in review! Please, please HubSpot!
