Export Workflow History

It would be great to export the data that you see in the history tab of the workflows, including dates of contact enrollment, meets the goal, finishes the workflow, who has errors, etc.

I see this idea has been around for a while and still isn't sorted. I can see the list of people at each stage of a workflow, can get the list on the screen, but can't export the list - it's maddening!

This would be helpful especially if the affected contacts are in the hundreds. It would make updating contacts easier.

This would be extremely helpful and quite frustrating that it is not currently possible.  The inaction after this thread existing for 4 years is not reassuring.

I was looking for this as well, 4 years and it's still not possible?!

 

We have a workflow that marks companies as customers once a SAP id is recognized. Now, i want to add a date field to it that says "Became customer date" based on when this workflow triggered, but i cannot do it for companies already marked as customers. What i wanted to do is to export the companies already enrolled, use the enrollment date and add it in a import to enrich the property where it is missing.

please add the ability to access contact enrollment and completion dates of workflows. It can sometimes be imprtant to see this data for marketing purposes.

This would be also important when trying to fix problems with workflows. It would enable us to export a list of contacts for which a certain step has failed, for example, based on the date the problem started to occur. Once obtained that list, it would be easy to either re-enrol in the same workflow once fixed, or enrol in a new workflow that covers the steps that didn't previously work. 

Enrolment date is an important data point to have for more than one purpose.

I can see this idea has been open for quite a while and has gathered a ton of great feedback, so thank you for sharing your thoughts and use cases!

I know that many of you are looking for better ways to export workflow history data. Today, you can export workflow history to a Segment (formerly called a List) and then export that Segment (List) to a CSV file. 

Does this approach meet your needs, or are there specific types of data or use cases it doesn’t solve for?
