Would be greatly helpful if the data we see in reports regarding revenue goals can be exported and analysed in excel - would increase the utility of the data exponentially!
This extends beyond the revenue goals, we also need to see the attainment of goal, other % metrics, gap to the goal (as a number and a %). We use dashboards and reports which are publically available in the company and being able to report on he % of goals is key in these reports. Different sales people have different $ targets which we cannot publish, so we need to recognise efforts and achievements vs % of their targets.
Having the ability to enter the data, but no way to actually pull the data out, to confirm that the data per user is what we are needing for the data per manager, and the manager per the company goals is not helpful. It would have been easier to use excel in the first place and not waste the time and energy entering data into basically a black hole.
