Export Individual Form Submissions

I think it would be very useful to be able to export individual form submissions, in the form of a pdf.

This could provide information and records for companies that have HubSpot but do not give all employees access.

Coming at this in October of 2021 -- does anyone know if this has been addressed by Hubspot? I'm trying to export individual form submissions as PDF with one of my forms right now and not having any luck.

Yes, we need this feature as well. Having the ability to DL individual forms and keep them in our own filing system after a client has signed on would be so helpful and frankly may be a reason we have to move away from Hubspot. The information we collect with Hubspot during our onboarding needs to be saved in our internal filing and having an editable PDF is necessary. Please consider adding this feature.

Really frustrating that you have to download all form submissions. Please bump this feature up the list. You should be able to go to a clients profile, view completed forms and download the submission.

to download an individuals form from their record.

Hey everyone,

Totally agree that this is a much-needed feature.

Just wanted to share a very simple workaround we've been using for clients who have access to workflows.

We created a workflow, triggered on form submission - which sends an internal email notification to a shared inbox (which has a rule in it to immediately file them into a designated folder). The email includes personalisation tokens which pull all the fields from the form. Then in the case when we need to save a specific submission as PDF, we simply save the email as PDF - or forward to the relevant team member etc.

We also use user-based properties to send the notifications to specific designated team members (eg: for lead routing, based on form/service line enquiry etc) which reduces the need for manual forwarding.

It's a bit clunky, and I'm sure people smarter than I will have a way to automatically save them all as PDF... but it works well enough in the interim for the volumes we deal with, and the frequency with which we would need to save them.

Hopefully that's helpful for some of you while we wait for resolution on this feature request 🙂

Yes, the ability to export individual (single) form submissions, in the format/view that appears in the front end for the person submitting, in a PDF format would be VERY helpful.
