Seeing that this is a CRM and we want to keep track of who has opened emails. I am shocked that the ability to properly export this knowledge is not available. In sequences, it shows an open rate that you can export. You have to create some report with multiple steps, but still, when you export that, say 500 people opened an email multiple times, you now have an excel with 3,000 names, each row for every open—more steps to go through. Just to organize who opened the email. Not helpful. I just want a way to export who opened the sequence more than once so we can contact them and not the other people.
My comment on this aspect of sending emails and looking for a result is a little less expansive.
Since we create and send emails within the App, and we show a green dot confirming the email was sent, can we add another dot right next to the first showing it's been opened? The date and time would be great, but I ask for small steps first.
