We send out meeting links for interviews. We want them to expire after lets say 10 days. We currently have people coming back a few months later and booking meetings with our team members.
We'd love it if we can have a link expire for a specific contact, 10 days after it was sent out.
This is a real pain as there is no limitation to how many times one can book a call. THe same person books a calls after 3 months and we don't know what the call will be about. The agenda doesn't say much and we are pretty much shooting in the dark when in the meetings.
Please make this happen. We have prospects that have been deemed not qualified continuing to go back to the link they were sent and get time on our team's calendars. This has become a problem!!
Totally agree with this and should be an easy add with massive value. I need expiring or limited use links to ensure that customer success team, support team, or our C-suite dont have their calendars abused
How long untill someone from HS take this into account?. This is a crucial function in a sales based CRM. Why is that you focus on interface and a bunch of non crucial things, but ignore the real needs from your customers????
This is a must-have feature for a CRM with call booking capabilities. Many of my clients have bookmarked my meeting link and often schedule calls before even contacting support.
Upvote for this one. Onboarding teams would like to use this to schedule a kick-off call once. Training teams would like to use this to schedule a customer training once and not have the customer use the same link to have every department schedule multiple trainings for the same topic.
