Exclude specific IPs from Marketing Email Tracking

Raising this for a customer here.
Currently, we have the ability to turn off email opens and click tracking. However, we cannot specify certain IP addresses or Domains from being excluded.
This would be useful if we are looking to prevent tracking from our own employees.
When we exclude IP address, be it for sales email or marketing email in the future, it would also be really helpful if we have the option to exclude past opens and clicks from our historical reports.
This way, we can "correct" those reports.
