Exclude customers who have already completed workflow from chat
We have customers who request an online quote through our quote request form and are placed in a workflow, then they immediately turn around and ask for a quote from a chat operator. Since they've already converted by filling out the form, it woud be great if we could automatically exclude them from seeing the chat window and requesting the same information twice.
Hi @afortner! A great way to accomplish this is use the Messages Display To setting and choose Smart List. Then you can make one of the criteria of the list "Contact has never completed the workflow" for the relevant workflow.
