Exclude company (domain) creation from Form submissions
Who- this would be a great improvement/benefit for Hubspot subcribers who sell both a wholesale and retail.
Goal- have the ability to prevent submissions from specific forms (not all) from creating a company or an association with an exisiting company.
Value- a cleaner database of companies withouth the "noise" of retail customers who submit inquries (through forms) using their work email address.
Example- Our business is 95% wholesale and 5% retail. That said, ~98% of form submissions from our website are from end-users (retail). We use hubspot for both dealers (wholesale) and end-users (retail). On our website have a form for
sales inquiries,
service (repair/parts) inquires and
new dealer inquires.
The submissions from 1 & 2 we do NOT want to create a new company from the domain of the email address on the form becuase we will not do business with that company, just the employee. The 3rd form we DO want company creation/association. We also DO want company creation and association from emails when new contacts are added outside of the form.
