Our sales reps only open emails that are relevant to them at the time. If they don't open the past 10, they end up on the "unengaged list". This prevents them from getting emails that are relevant. Need a way to exlude emails ending in (@armstrongceilings.com) from the unengaged list.
This is a great idea. I have sales people that just don't open our marketing emails. They are constantly unengaged, and then want to know what email's their customers recieve. Yes, they can see it in activity on the contact, but if we could just exclude any domain connected to our HubSpot, that would be optimal. Employees don't have the same rights and regulations as consumers, so having this tweak would make it easier for teams to know what marketing emails are being sent, but also for supervisors to know how engaged their teams ar ewith th emarketing content.
