One issue is that for web pages, landing pages, and blog posts where the built-in CTA Button Link is used, this check captures these links as not passing this check. One use case for this CTA Button is pop-up forms. This occurs even if the nofollow relative attribute is used.
Otherwise, the CTA Button should be reconfigured to not be an anchor link and instead a separate interaction that doesn't provoke bots to follow the link.
