It would be nice to have the ability to enter an "exception" for chat availability. For example, if chat is available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, we could enter a row with an exception of 9:00 am-2:00 pm on 12/24/2021 and second exception of "unavailable" on 12/25/2021 in observance of a holiday. I am sure many would find this valuable. You could set up a fairly static 7-day schedule and then add "exceptions" to hours or whole days as the year progresses.
