It would be helpful to have the option to include exact phrases in list criteria.
For example currently if I wanted to build a list of IT titles, using "job title contains any of..." and the option IT, it also includes titles such as architech and recruiter.
If I use "job title equals any of" with the option IT, it would only pick titles that ONLY contain IT.
As it stands, one would have to enter all the various permutations of IT (head of IT, IT Vice President, VP IT, etc), which is not efficienct, and it is easy to miss options.
It would help with accurate list building to be able to use quotes or another method to indicate an exact phrase match.
This is a must have! Partial matches throw off reports and make it impossible to get the right subset of data to display.
