Using the dashboard and reports tool in HubSpot is great. The functionality, the visuals, and the customization is everything you need to get a basic to advance report dashboard created.
Unfortunately, there is no way to export the entire dashboard. You can export individual reports, but only as csv or excel files.
What happens when you have a client that you are working with, and they want to see a monthly report on what is happening with all your platforms that connect to HubSpot? You would have to create them a user profile in order to show them the dashboard.
HubSpot should make a function to export the entire dashboard, visuals and interactive functions, in order to be able to send to users outside of your HubSpot users. Another solutions would be to be able to generate a link to the dashboard that can be viewed as a guest, with only view capabilities. If that is too much work, a possible solution would be to create an intigration API key for Google Data studio where all of this is possible.
Yes I need this too!!! Several advertisers included in newsletters. Sending them reports is a complete pain. Have to export to an excel sheet currently because the "Send report to email" cuts off the data in the PDF/email version.
Looking for the same thing here except a comprehensive "one click" dashboard export of the raw data to csv or xlsx to create new visual aids of the data due to lack of customization availability within HubSpot. Even if the export sheet placed each report in the dashboard into individual tabs we could use templates to process the data into our desired presentation formats (i.e. color codes, stacked bars, etc).
HubSpot, bumping this thread. Is there any chance of having public URLs available on reports/dashboards so this can be used how we used other systems previously?
Definitely need this. In addition to the "normal" use cases, I'd like a sales dashboard/leaderboard to be posted on my digital signage platform in our sales offices automatically. A public URL to a dashboard or a report that is updated every 5 minutes would be awesome.
Also in need of this! Can someone at hubspot gives us any updates on whether or not this is being developed, and what's the timeline?. This should be an easy implementation.
Agree completely. As an agency, we need to provide access to dashboards externally (and internally, for that matter) without having to set up users in HubSpot.
Defenitely need this. It's a pain in the **bleep** that there is no way to export a dashboard. Hubspot is expensive and a functionality like this is basic IMO.
Hi community & HubSpot, nice updates with the recent Spotlight and I always browse Product Updates at least once or twice every week or so for new ways to incorporate HubSpot into our team's operations. Great to see the products always evolving.
Is there any movement on allowing public URL viewing (either with a just a passcode/PIN, limited definable public IPs, even wide-open [I don't care, at this point]) While I understand the goal is to have users inside of HubSpot as much as possible and have management, admin, and other internal stakeholders view them through HubSpot or with the automated reporting, it's simple not feasible in some of the applications other community members have listed here.
Digital signage, external vendors/customers, embedding graphs or charts in a page, etc -- this should be something pretty fairly straightforward and would make it very easy to share great dashboards and reports built using HubSpot. I have tried a couple of digital signage tools that claimed integrations with HubSpot and some even recording my session of me navigating to the dashboard and setting up a 2FA challenge that it can supposedly answer and it hasn't worked. We simply need public URLs for viewing only (no breakdown or drill-down into data).
Following as the process to share externally is convoluted. There needs to be a view only option for Dashboard sharing outside of your internal users, without needing to authorize their domain.
I have also run into this problem and would love to see an external share View Only option. Definitely needed for client communications.
On the HubSpot flywheel, I'm an evangelist! Let me evangelize by showing my clients what great reports/dashboards can be built in Hubspot!!! There's definitely some potential revenue behind this small feature 🙂
