Enroll Contact to a specific Step in a Worklfow.

Hi Community,

 

HubSpot provides functionality of enrolling a record from a worklfow to other worklfow but it doesn't provide the functionality to enroll that records to a Particualar Step/Action. So, I think it would be great if HubSpot provides the functionality of enrolling a contact to a Specific step/Action. 

 

For example : If I want to enroll a contact to a worklfow by another worklfow but it doesn't gives that option to enroll contact to a particular action, It directly enroll the record to complete worklfow.As, mentioned in the screenshot I want to directly enroll a record to step 3 from another worklfow but it seems impossible.

This would be VERY helpful as merged contacts get un enrolled automatically... and I don't want to send our contact the same initial email twice. This has also been submitted here HubSpot Community - Enrolling contacts at specific places in a workflow - HubSpot Community

I really miss having this feature from when I was an Eloqua user. It would be enormously helpful to be able to move people to specific steps when they are already in a workflow (manually) AS WELL AS when you add them as a step in a different workflow.

This is a great idea and something I’ve run into myself.

 

When apps disconnect (a common issue i found across marketing automation platforms, not just HubSpot), the issue is ensuring contacts re-enroll at the right point in their journey. For me, I’ve got a six-stage email sequence spread over a month, and getting contacts back in at the right point is absolutely critical.

 

What would really help is a 'Retry Step' button. It could pick up where the journey left off and keep things moving without any manual intervention.

 

Additionally, if there was a multi-select option for multiple errors (like when apps disconnect), you can re-enroll everyone in one go.

Hei 😊 any update on this idea? it is a REALLY helfpful one. We need the flexibility to enroll contacts where they are in their journey without the need of them going through steps that arent necessarily matching with their current stage. This is increasinly important now with the Journeys tool that is in Beta.
