As avid users of HubSpot's platform, my team and I have identified a crucial need for improved visibility and tracking of list activities. Currently, while HubSpot offers robust tools for managing contacts and lists, there is a notable gap in tracking how and when contacts are removed from lists, as well as monitoring list-related activities on individual contact records.

To address this gap, I propose the introduction of comprehensive list activity tracking features. Here's a breakdown of the key components:

1. Report on Contact Removal from Lists: Enable users to generate detailed reports showcasing how and when contacts were removed from specific lists. This functionality would provide invaluable insights into list management processes and help users understand changes in their contact lists over time.

2. View Contacts Previously Associated with Lists: Facilitate easy access to a list of contacts that were once members of a particular list. By allowing users to track historical data, this feature would streamline list management and aid in analyzing past engagements with contacts.

3. Record List Activities on Contacts: Implement a system to record and display list activities directly on individual contact records. Currently, when a contact is removed from a list, the associated activity disappears from the contact's history. Preserving this information would provide users with a comprehensive view of their interactions with contacts and improve context for future engagements.

4. Comprehensive List Activity Tracking: Introduce robust tracking capabilities for list activities, including additions, removals, and modifications to lists. This holistic approach to list management would empower users with actionable insights, enabling better decision-making and analysis.
