We have 300 duplicate contacts, most of which are in fact the same contact, with slight variations in their email address.
It's painfully long deducing whch of these is correct and which contact should be merged (i.e the correct email address)
Functions that would massively help.
- be able to put "contact 1" and "contact 2" into two lists
- be able to organise and filter the view of manage duplicates by contact properties (to easily identify ones that have bounced or had an email sucessfully delivered (therefore valid)
Great ideas here. I would especially appreciate being able to filter. For example, I would like to filter duplicate pairs where one of the contacts does not have an email address in the CRM.
