In today's world, prospects and customers are much better engaged by videos for obvious reasons. It would be extremely valuable if you can enhance the feature so that videos can be uploaded to Documents. I know we can work around it by using an embedded link in email but we can't track the duration of watching the video, hence no idea how engaged they are. So please can you enhance the video upload function so we can gauge prospects engagement level? Much appreciated!
+1 from me! Was just discussing the same with our Product Marketing Manager. Our Sales Enablement toolkits include videos which we share with customers, and we'd love a similar ability to see the engagement with this type of content, to confirm if it hits the spot.
